Provides quality care, training, support
and supervision to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a
Monitors and maintains the safety
and wellness of individuals.
Assist in implementation of the
Individual Service Plan.
Assists with monitoring health
Works on an as needed basis and is
assigned a work location based on staffing needs.
Schedule includes working
holidays, weekends, and during inclement weather.
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
Experience with personal care
State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central
registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.
$9.53 per hour
