Acts as primary facilitator in the coordination and integration of services for

Human Services related field or any discipline or profession listed
under Part C Personnel Standards
with a valid license to practice in Virginia.
Within two months of employment, must complete Early Intervention
Training Modules, apply for, and obtain Early Intervention Case
Manager certification or complete DBHDS Basics of Case Management
Training Curriculum modules.
Prefer that applicant meet Early Intervention Professional
Practitioner Level for a discipline or profession as defined in
Chapter 12 of the Infant and Toddler Connection of Virginia’s
Practice Manual (Table A – Practitioner Qualifications and
HERE for more information.
Prefer at least one year experience working with children under the
age of eighteen with developmental delays or disabilities, or
experience working collaboratively with community agencies that
provide services to children and youth.
State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central
registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.
