Assists in all aspects of facility
operations; staff training and supervision including selection,
performance evaluations, and discipline; gathering of baseline data;
assessment, development, and implementation of individual training
programs; development and monitoring of work schedules to ensure
appropriate coverage at all times; liaison with other agencies; and
ordering and maintaining food and facility supplies.

Must have a Bachelors Degree in a human
service field or a RN with license to practice in Virginia.
Must have one year work experience with
individuals with an intellectual disability or other developmental

One year of supervisory experience with paid staff.
Human Services experience preferred.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:
$36,230 - $57,063
