Assists in the overall functioning of the program to
provide various services to individuals with mental illness and co-occurring
disorders; assists in the development and implementation of relevant programming
designed to meet the specific needs of individuals of all age groups, including
young adults with mental illness and co-occurring disorders; provides vocational
skills training to individuals; assists with maintaining an orderly program
environment; facilitates self-help groups; facilitates community reintegration
activities; participates in work readiness assessments; oversees individuals’
participation in supportive employment activities; provides on-going assistance
with work adjustment; participates as an Intensive Community Services Program
team member; performs required program documentation; and provides back-up for
other team members.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology,
social work, sociology, vocational rehabilitation, counseling, or
other VA DMAS approved Human Services degree, with at least one year
clinical experience within the past seven years providing mental
health services required.
Certified psychiatric rehabilitation
practitioner in VA required, with at least one year clinical
experience within the past seven years providing mental health
A Registered Nurse licensed to practice in
Virginia; with at least one year clinical experience within the past
seven years providing mental health services required.
Valid driver’s license and ability
to drive a 15 passenger van required.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record
reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be
required upon request.
$33,581 - $52,890.
