PACT - Clinical Manager

 

Position Number: 4241

 


Responsibilities
:

Assists in assuring the day to day operations of the PACT program, staff training, and supervision; including selection, performance evaluations, and discipline of selected PACT Team members; assesses, plans, develops, coordinates and provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses under the clinical supervision of the team leader and the psychiatrist.  Functions as a clinical member of the multidisciplinary team and provides treatment, rehabilitation and support services.  Assists individuals with weekly medication bag/box fills.  Delivers medication to the homes of individuals per morning/evening medication runs on a rotating basis.  Serves as a certified prescreener for emergency hospitalizations.  Participates in on-call rotation.  Assumes role of team leader in the absence of the PACT Coordinator.


 

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
 
M1:
  Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social work required (the degree should be acceptable by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a sufficient Master’s degree to be licensure eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LCP).
M2:
  Two years’ experience within the past seven years providing services to individuals diagnosed with serious mental health illness required.
M3:
  Valid Drivers’ license and safe driving record.

Preferred Requirements
P1:
  Licensure as LPC, LCP, or LCSW preferred.
P2:
  Supervisory experience preferred.
P3:
  Experience working the PACT Model preferred.
P4:
  Experience with crisis intervention preferred.
P5:
  Leadership experience preferred.

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.

 


ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
:
$39,048 - $61,504.  10% increase for licensure.  Excellent fringe benefits.
