Lead Day Treatment Services Clinician
Develops, implements, and maintains relevant
programming designed to meet the specific needs of adults with mental illnesses
and co-occurring disorders; conducts clinical assessments for both MHSS and PSR
individuals, therapy groups, clinical supervision; functions as a member of the
Intensive Community Services team; performs required program documentation;
ensures the day-to-day operations of the MHSS program and assists the
coordinator in the management and maintenance of the building, equipment, and
vehicles; directly supervises the MHSS staff; provides staff training and
supervision including selection, performance evaluations, and discipline;
supervises and assists individuals with developing functional skills and
appropriate behavior related to individual health, safety, personal care,
activities of daily living, and the use of community resources; provides
individual transportation to implement the individual’s ISP; monitors and
conducts reviews for program medical records for quality assurance; monitors
billing and tracks revenue for the MHSS program.
Master’s degree in Human Services,
Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required (degree and
coursework should be acceptable by the Virginia Department of Health
Professions as a sufficient Master’s degree to be licensure eligible
as LPC, LCSW, or LCP)
Valid driver’s license and safe
driving record required.
Two years’ experience within the
past seven years providing mental health services required.
Must have, or be eligible to
obtain, certification as a pre-screener for emergency
hospitalization in Virginia within six months of hire.
Must be approved and registered
with the appropriate board for licensure supervision as an LPC,
LCSW, or LCP within six months of hire.
Licensure as LPC, LCP, or LCSW
Supervisory experience preferred.
State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central
registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.
$39,829 - $62,734
Sign on Bonus $3,000
10% Increase for Licensure
