Position Number: 4321
Greets and directs all Individuals receiving services
and visitors, and guides them to the appropriate service queue; triage to assess
consumer needs and urgency providing each consumer with support in completing
paperwork and appointment tasks, including but not limited to intake paperwork,
updating contact and other information; informing individuals receiving services
to services that the Agency provides; manage staff queues; inform individuals
receiving services waiting for services with apprised
wait times and what to expect; notifies
clinical staff of individuals receiving services arrival. Other duties as
High school diploma or GED
Associates degree preferred.
Experience working with
individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges
Customer service experience
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal
record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will
be required upon request.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:
$24,669 - $38,852
