Mobile Crisis Case Coordinator
Under the supervision of the Mobile Crisis Lead Clinician, the
Mobile Crisis Case Coordinator provides crisis stabilization, crisis
intervention, assessment, and case management services to
individuals in the community.
Implement program and treatment protocols for the crisis
Works as part of the team to ensure services and resources are
coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served
live and function optimally in the community.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other VA
DMAS approved Human Services degree.
Must meet Medicaid requirements for Qualified
Mental Health Provider-C.
Valid drivers’ license and safe driving record.
P1: At least
one year of experience providing behavioral health and/or
developmental disability services to children, adolescents, and
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal
record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will
be required upon request.
