Board Meeting Calendar, Agendas and Meeting minutes
The Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services Board of Directors conducts seven regular meetings per year (no meeting in January, April, July, September and November). Dates are as follows unless a meeting is rescheduled or there is insufficient business requiring a meeting of the Board of Directors:
the third Thursday of February, March, May, August, and October
the last Thursday of June
the second Thursday of December
All meetings will be held at 5:30 pm at 245 Hairston Street, Danville VA, in the Lenard D. Lackey Training Room unless otherwise noted.
Agenda’s will typically be posted the Friday before the Board Meeting. Meeting minutes will be posted as soon as possible after the meeting.
