Community ICF/IID Residential Services
Community Intermediate Care Families for Individuals with Intellectual Disability (ICF/IID) homes provide 24-hour supports to individuals in a community-based dwelling. Community ICF/IID homes provide health or rehabilitative services and provide “active treatment” to individuals receiving services toward the achievement of a more independent level of functioning or an improved quality of life. A community ICF/IID provides a package of all needed services through one entity. DPCS operates three community ICF/IID homes that are licensed by DBHDS and certified for Medicaid by the Department of Health and the Office of Licensing and Certification – River View Place, Bridge View Place, and Mount Hermon Manor.
